Alan "Hoss" Bell

Alan "Hoss" Bell, 67, of Adena, OH passed away on October 16, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital with his family by his side.  He was born on Monday November 7, 1955 to the late Elwin Laverne and Catherine Elizabeth (Tanley) Bell.  He was a graduate of Buckeye South 1975,  a truck driver, and a  lifetime member of the Rayland Fire Dept.   He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 44  years Janet R. (Fetty) Bell, three children Clayton Bell of Columbus, Chris (Rena) Bell of Dillonvale, and Cavin (Marissa) Bell of Maryland, three grandchildren Harmony, Maddie, and Cam Bell, two brothers Tim (Barb) Bell of Grove City, Gary Bell of Mt. Pleasant.  Friends will be received on Saturday October 21, 2023 at Meadowbrook Church of God (where Hoss was a member) 10152- OH 150 Rayland, OH from 10 am until time of memorial service at 12 noon with Pastor Dave Hennen officiating. In Lieu of flowers Donations to Meadowbrook Church or Rayland Fire Dept.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
