Penny Lou Shepard

Penny Lou Shepard, 45, of Steubenville, OH passed away on October 13, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital.  She was born to the late Duane Dennis Leyman, and living mother Michealeen (Pietrzak) Leyman.  She is also survived by her husband Harry Ellsworth Shepard, two sons James Amsler Reed III, Jonathan Luke Reed,  one daughter Sarah Marie Shepard, four grandchildren Lilly Reed, Keeda Kathy rose Reed, Galixee Pearl Reed,  Cindee Lynn Reed, one sister Angie Leyman, one nephew Dennis Leyman, and one niece Yvonne Francis- Ware.  Penny was Catholic by faith, a mother and a grandmother. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
