Betty "Jo" (Welshans) Williams

Betty "Jo" Williams, 55, of Steubenville, OH, went to be with the Lord Wednesday March 2, 2016.  She was born December 23,1960 to the late Sonny and Betty Lou (Nickelson) Welshans.  She was preceded in death by a sister Donna Kay Welshans.  Jo was an avid doll collector and ceramic statues, and an animal lover.  She is survived by her husband Ray WIlliams, four sisters Patty (Bill) Yoho of Mingo Junction, Lee Miller of Follansbee, Roseanne (Larry) Ralston of Smithfield, and Melissa (Ronnie) Myers of Mingo Junction, Several nieces  and nephews, her dog Maggie, and her cats Charlie, Gracie, and Mr. Knight.  Service will be private, and burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Donations may be made to SPCA, or Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
