Charles Hanson Toll Jr.

Charles Hanson Toll II, 66, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 surrounded by his son, Charles Toll III; his brother, David Toll; and sister, Deborah Bohn. He is survived by his father, Charles Toll I; and preceded in death by his mother, Jane Toll. He loved life, the outdoors, and new people. He passes on his virtue of positivity through his family and friends. His desire for his son to read a book a week will be honored. There will never be another unique and special person like Charlie.
