David "Dave" Becker

David "Dave" Becker, 70, of Wheeling, WV passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 5, 2023.  He was born on June 9, 1952 to the late Russel and Gertrude (Rickus) Becker.   Dave retired from Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel with 31 years as a Hooker/Cellarman.  Dave had good sense of humor and loved jokes, wood working, and enjoyed watching, and  feeding deer/birds.  He is survived by his wife Mary Renee (Snyder) Becker of 49 years, two children Renee Becker (Tim Wray) of Wheeling,  Adam J. (Cynthia) Becker of Georgia, three grandchildren Archer, Hunter, and Alana Becker,  sister Judy Gaus of Wheeling and brother Russel Becker of Wheeling, many nieces, nephews, many in laws. A private ceremony will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to a charity of choice.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
