Dean Edward Wells

Dean Edward Wells, 62, of Wintersville, OH passed away on June 3, 2021 at home.  He was born on January 23, 1959 to the late Floyd Edward and Mabel Lee (Starkey) Wells.  Dean started his career as an actor in movies such as "Dead and Alive: The Race for Gus Farace" (A.K.A: Mob Justice)  and "The Deer Hunter" to name a few, he was a member of the Word of Life Church in Steubenville,  and served for the UMC in Slippery Rock, PA for 15 years as a teacher,  also a driver for Checker Cab Medical Transport.  He is survived by his ex wife Wally (Phillips) Wells, his step daughter Bonnie Bowman, and eight step grandchildren Tyler, Levi, Seth, Alex, Kane, Kara Bowman, Brennan and Charlene Miller, one sister Lynn Wells of Idaho, and a brother Richard (Barbara) Wells of Idaho. Services planned for a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
