Dennis "Blue" Ritchie, 70, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on January 3, 2019 at his home. He was born on August 12, 1948 to the late Charles and Rita (Weitzel) Ritchie. He is survived by a cousin Denise "Nini" Miller of Wheeling. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
