Donald Clarence Swisher

Donald Clarence Swisher, 67, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on September 8, 2017 at home surrounded by family.  He was born on May 21, 1950 to the late Milton Ernest and Alice (Sebold) Swisher.  He was preceded in death by two twin sisters Alice and Alicia Swisher, two brother David and Milton Allen Swisher.  He is survived by his wife Lena Pearl (Stewart) Swisher, three daughter Christine Anne Swisher, Shelby Dawn Swisher, and Lacey Christine Swisher, several step children, and one biological grand child Brandon Allen Shutler, a step grand daughter Mercades Shirley. Donald will be cremated with no service observed.
