Donna Jean McCarthy

Donna Jean McCarthy, 89, of Steubenville, OH passed away on March 15, 2025 at The Laurels of Steubenville. She was born on March 3, 1936 to the late John and Mary (Proctor) Stenger. She was also preceded in death by one son Perry McCarthy, and a sister Judy (Stenger) Santilli.

She worked for Capital One Bank for most of her life.

She is survived by three nieces and one nephew Jodie (Jim) Wrex of Texas, Mary (Craig) Kimberland of Avella, and Jenifer Santilli of Weirton,

three great nieces and great nephews Jordan Holdman (Shane), Jacen and Jaina Wrex, Caleb, Noah, and Elijah Kimberland. Two great-great nephews Jack Holdman, Austin James Holdman,and a great niece Loretta Holdman.

Her best friends are Ambrose and Virginia Bollings.

Donna will be cremated with no services observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
