Donna Jean White

Donna Jean White, 42, of Wheeling, WV died Wednesday July 29, 2015 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.  Donna was born October 5, 1972 to mother Barbara Hanlin (Kerns). She is survived by her significant other Mark Anthony Simmons of Wheeling, WV,  children Kevin and Alisha Cuichta, and Randall and Alana Moore,   mother and step father Barbara (Ricky) Hanlin of Martins Ferry, and one brother Wilbur White JR. of Mansfield, OH, and Joe Cioppi.  There will be a memorial service Saturday August 8, 2015 at 1 pm at Bellaire Senior Center, 3396 Belmont St. Bellaire, OH. The family is being assisted by the Schuetz Funeral Home, Mingo Junction, OH.
