Eileen Kay Zeigler, 68, of Brilliant, OH passed away on December 11, 2017. She was born on August 13, 1948 to the late Pete and Catharine (Navifh) Smiar. She loved to outdoors, and to cook on the grill, put family functions on. Eileen will be cremated with no services observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
