Eric Joseph Stroud Sr.

Eric Joseph Stroud Sr., 58, of Burgettstown, PA, passed away on February 18, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center.  He was born on August 2, 1965 to the late Donald Max Stroud and surviving mother Edna Stephanie (Yarosz) Stroud.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers Teddy Stroud and Max Stroud.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory the mother of his children Tina Weigner, three children Eric Stroud Jr., of Follansbee, Levi Stroud of Burgettstown, and Chanci Stroud (Jacob Gardner) of Mingo Jct., four grandchildren Dakotah, Jameson, Wheilyn, Zachary, five siblings Larry (Patty) Stroud of Paris, PA, Richard (Cheryl) Stroud of Paris, PA, Patty (John) Milocich of Murdoxville, PA, Debbie McClaskey of Baltimore , Samuel Stroud of Kentucky, and sister in law Glenda Stroud.  Eric worked for iannettis garden center as a heavy equipment operator, and was very very talented, he specialized in auto repairs, home remodeling, and landscaping as well, he also enjoyed rebuilding computers in his spare time, he loved to cut grass, and went to the Victory Lounge frequently. Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Jct., OH on Sunday February 25, from 4- 8 pm with services at 6 pm with Rev. Jim Monogioudis officiating.
