Francis Pearl (Kinney) Bates

Francis Pearl Bates, 70, of Brilliant, OH passed away on June 2, 2017.  She was born on August 27, 1946 to the late Clearance and Iva (Kernan) Kinney.  She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd Bates and one son Allen Bates.  She is survived by one daughter Tammy Swick and adopted son  Donovan Shuppas, nine grandchildren Ashley Bruce, Patricia Scott, Rena Bell, Moriah Smith, Veronica Smith, Megan and Duncan Swick, Felicia and Robert Bates, fourteen great grand children. Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Junction, OH on Tuesday June 6, 2017 from 10 am until time of service at 12 with Pastor Jim Monogioudis officiating.
