Geary Lee Harper Sr.

Geary Lee Harper Sr., 58, of Steubenville, OH passed away on October 26, 2019 at West Penn Hospital.  He was born on July 22, 1961 to the late Bruce and Patty Lou (Young) Harper. He was also preceded in death by one brother Bruce Harper Jr., one sister Bunswella Brown, two grandchildren Tyler Gump and Ke' Ondre Wade.

He is survived by his wife Rona Lee (Whear) Harper, two daughters Amy (Terry) Spear of Akron, Tamica (Daryl) Satterwhite, and two sons Joshua Gump, Geary Lee Harper Jr, all of Steubenville, 15 grandchildren Terryana Spear, Tierra Spear, Peighten Gump, Harmony Gump, Joshua Gump, Qwanell Harper, Malaki Bayne-Harper, Rylee Bayne, Rhionna Thompson, Ra'Mai Thompson, Maverick Thompson, Giovanni Harper, Mariaha Spear, Rhianna Spear, Sadarraha Spear, four great grandchildren. Seven sisters Deborah (Junius) Saunders, of Pittsburgh, Helen (Albert) Edmunds of Pittsburgh, Lisa (John) Brown of Pittsburgh, Christine (Nate) Hubbard of Steubenville, Carol (Abe) Harper of Steubenville, Crystal (Michael) Simmons of Steubenville, Eustine Harper of Delaware, OH two brothers Tony Harper of Uniontown, Pa, Kenneth Harper of Steubenville.

Friends will be received at Tower of Power Ministries, 1310 Maryland Ave. Steubenville, OH 43952 on Friday November 1, 2019 from 11am until time of service at 1pm with Rev. Everett Mitchell officiating. In Lieu of Flowers donations are being excepted for funeral expense at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH 43938.
