Harold Iver Snooks, 62, of Steubenville, OH, passed away on April 22, 2019 at Cleveland Clinic. He was born on January 12, 1957 to the late Iver and Joyce (Henry) Snooks. He was preceded in death by his son Brandon Snooks. He is survived by his significant other of 29 years Sheile Coaly, two daughters Kelsie Snooks, and Amber Perry, and one son Payton Snooks. Harold will be cremated with no services observed at this time. The Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
