Harriet Lou "Pooch" (Rouse) Stacy, 85, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on December 28, 2020 at Valley Hospice Care Center North after a brief illness. She was born on May 8, 1935 to the late John Freemont and Jessie Elizabeth (Lodge) Rouse. Pooch was a loving wife to Norman Kenneth Stacy for 67 plus years. There will be no viewing or services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
