Irma L (Tweedy) Taylor, 77, of Rayland, OH died February 7, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Rush Run OH, on September 21, 1938 to the late John and Elizabeth (Walter) Tweedy. Irma was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Henry Taylor, two sisters, and three brothers. Irma was the manger of the Butcher Shop at Big Bear in Wintersville for 30 plus years, a graduate of Smithfield high school and now together again with her husband Joseph Henry Taylor. Irma is survived by 3 sons Gary (Tawnya) Taylor of Rayland, Jeff (Barb) Taylor of Warsaw, OH, Scott (Saundra) Taylor of Richwood, OH, one daughter Tammy (Jim) Herman of Tiltonsville, OH, one brother in law Hank (Goldie) taylor of Boone, IA, one sister Flora Harkins of Rayland, OH, nine grand children, 15 great grand children, several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Rush Run Community Chapel 1983 Co. Rd. 17, Rayland, OH, 43943 on Saturday February 13, from 12 pm until time of service at 1 pm with Rev. Jim Monogioudis officating. Burial at Hopewell cemetery Schuetz Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Irma's name to: Rush Run Community Chapel, Valley Hospice, or Hounds Haven.
