Jack D. Fatula

August 9, 1934 — February 7, 2018

Jack D. Fatula, 83, of Bridgeport, OH passed away on February 7, 2018 at Park Health in St. Clairsville.

He was born on August 9, 1934 to the late George and Anna (Kansoer) Fatula.

He is preceded in death by five brothers George Jr, Robert, Ray, Homer, and Gerald Fatula.

He is survived by his wife June Lee (Vanicek) Fatula of 62 years, one daughter Jacalyn Smith of Bridgeport, and one son James (Kathy) Fatula of Colorado, one brother Roy (Rose) Fatula of St. Clairsville,four grand children and nine great grand children.

Jack worked on the rail road for CSX as a trackman, he will be cremated and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home of Mingo Jct., is assisting the family.
