He was born on January 2, 1961 in Steubenville, to James Fredrick Snider and the late Constance Lee (Cooper) Snider. He was a Operable Wall Technician. He is survived by wife Sherry Riggott-Snider, one daughter Amanda Wakeley of New York, and Step son Kyle Riggott. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
