Jason Michael Plaugher

Jason M Plaugher was born in Clarksburg, WV. He was raised with a brother with special needs. When
his son was a small child, he was attacked while trying get some items from the store and suffered
lifelong injuries. After the attack, he lost custody of his child and was homeless for 3 years. He was
married about a year ago and he and his wife barely made enough to keep a roof over their heads. Now
she not only has the expanse of the funeral but trying to survive on a minimum wage job and pay all the
medical bills that have arisen from this last hospital stay.
Jason M Plaugher was born in Clarksburg, WV on February 4, 1980. His parents were the late Michael
Carl and Valerie Jayne (Barker) Plaugher. He attended high school at Robert C Byrd High School and
college West Virginia University. In the workforce, he worked odd jobs such masonry work and
construction. He was a very kind man and a blessing in his wife, friends, and family life. He was a very
compassionate man and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
He is proceeded in death by both his parents and both sets of grandparents. His is survived by his loving
wife Annabett. Surviving him also is his son Jason Michael Plaugher Jr, his 3 stepchildren Ricky and
Zachary Plazarin and Alycia Blanton, and adopt by heart son Nicholas Reiner. His 2 step granddaughters
Skyler and Abigail. A brother Jeremy Plaugher, aunts, uncles, and many cousins survive him as well as
many friends. Friends will be received 4-8 pm on Thursday October 12, 2017 at Schuetz Funeral Home with Mike Renforth officiating.
