Jeffrey David Firm, 60, of Mingo Jct. OH, on April 23, 2019 at home.  He was born on April 23, 1959 to the late G. David and Rosemary (Harris) Firm.  He was preceded in death by is sister Lynette Wilkins.  He is survived by his son Justin (Evie) Fim of Mingo Jct., OH, two grandchildren Lance and Melanie, best friend J.C., and four sisters Elaine (George) Blanton of Fairborn, OH, Joann (Jerry) Matuska of Wellsville, OH, Janice (John) Scalley  of Toronto, OH, and Maureen Felton of Fairborn, OH. Jeffrey will be cremated with no services observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
