Jerry Kenneth McDonald

Jerry Kenneth McDonald, 73, of Wintersville, OH formerly of Steubenville, OH passed away at Country club Manor on Christmas Day. He was born on March 15, 1951 to the late Charles Kenneth and Myrl Jane (Glover) McDonald. He is also preceded in death by long time girlfriend Kathy Ann Gilday (2022). He retired as a Boiler Operator at Trinity West after 37 years. He graduated from Brilliant High School, home of the Blue Devils where he was inducted into the "Hall of Fame" (1968-69) Wrestling Team Jerry McDonald Varsity. He also served his country in the Navy and was in the Vietnam Theater referring to individuals deployed to Vietnam, Cambodia, and /or Laos between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975, during the Vietnam War.  He is survived by two brothers Harley William (Clara) McDonald, and Tommy (Juanita) McDonald. There will be no services at this time and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
