Joe Ira Irwin

Joe Ira Irwin, 29, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away on June 17, 2017.  Joe was born on September 5, 1987 to the late Edwin Ira  Irwin and Joann Blinco.

He was a police officer of Wintersville, Ohio, Paramedic/Firefighter for Pleasant Hill Fire Dept. and Mingo Junction Fire Dept., and 911 Dispatcher for Jefferson County.

He leaves behind his wife Jessica Nicole (Acantilado) Irwin, two daughters Harlee and Tessa Irwin, a step son Seth Dennis, and many friends and family.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and riding four wheelers at Jefferson Sportsmans Club.  He will be missed by many.

Friends will be received at Word of Life Fellowship 565 Lovers Ln. Steubenville, OH on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 11 am with Pastor Dave Shores officiating.
