John Edward Davies, 81, of Steubenville, OH passed away peacefully on January 19, 2017 at Lifeline Hospital. He was born on September 8, 1935 to the late John Edar and Helan ( O'Brian) Davies.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Ann (Schultice) Davies, and a sister Janet Grindel.
He is survived by his children Bill( Doreen) Gualteire of Mingo Junction, Kelly (Tim) Stiles of Follansbee, WV, Cathy Davies of Steubenville, John "Jackie" Davies of Steubenville.
Friends will be received at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Mingo Junction, OH Tuesday January 24, 2017 from 11 am until time of Service at 1 pm with Father Jim Dunfee, Celebrant. Military Honors to follow ,In Lieu of flowers donation maybe made to the Schuetz Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Steubenville.
