John Lester "Gumby" Oberle

John Lester "Gumby" Oberle, 52, of Bellaire, OH passed away on March 20, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born at Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, North Carolina on April 6, 1965 to Martin W.  and Sandra Kay (Humes) Oberle.

He worked construction at Newport/Richey/Duneden/Clearwater Flordia, He was a Roofer for Thompson Seamless Gutters in Wheeling for about five years, He worked at AJ Gray as in installer, then as a Mail Man for Cameron and Moundsville Wv USPS, and for Martins Ferry  Oh USPS, for about 16 years.

He was a member of the NRA, and an avid riffle, pistol enthusiast. He traveled the world with his father and mother while his father served in the Military.

He is survived by sister Holly (Mark) Beth Hughes of Wheeling, Marsa Rodman of St. Petersburg FL,and brother Martin (Amanda) W.  Oberle Jr. of Texas, many nieces and nephews.
