John Michael Owens

John Michael Owens, 51, of Bellaire, OH passed away on September 29, 2021 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.  He was born on July 17, 1970 to the late Walter and Hazel (Spencer) Fletcher.  He is also preceded in death by one brother Jim Owens.  He is survived by his wife Rosetta Maria (Gongola) Owens, two brothers Butch (Dorothy) Owens of PA, Larry Owens of PA, five sisters Betty (David) Dorff of Bellaire, Bonnie Owens of Neffs, Penny (Rick) Owens of Texas, Carrie (Richard) Edgar of Mass., Rosie (John) Leonard of FL, mother-in-law Mary Gongola of McMechen, WV, and sister-in-law Renee Gongola of McMechen. Services will be on Monday October 4, 2021 at the Salvation Army Church 315 37th St, Bellaire, OH 43906 from 2 until the time of services at 4 pm with Majors Louis and Norma Patrick officiating.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
