John William Rayburn "Johnny Ray"

John William Rayburn "Johnny Ray", 74, of Steubenville, OH passed away on December 4, 2024 surrounded by family. He was born on July 21, 1950 to the late Boyd William "Bill" Rayburn and Jeannine (Naughton) Rayburn Pawelczyk, also preceded in death by step father Casimir Pawelczyk. He was in the plumbers and Pipefitters Local 495 and a Navy Veteran. He is survived by one sister Sandra (George) Mehalik of Steubenville, one brother David (Samantha) Pawelczyk of Wintersville, Niece Christina Sutton (Chris Hoover) of Bloomingdale, nephew Michael (Ginny) Pawelczyk of Steubenville, great nephews Caesen, Brennan, Lucas Sutton, David and Alexander Pawelczyk. to honor his request there will be no services at this time.
