Julie Ann Williams

Julie Ann Williams, 59, of Steubenville, OH passed away on April 26, 2020 at home.  She was born on July 10, 1960 to the late James Williams and surviving Emma (Arnett) Williams.  She is also preceded in death by her late fiance Robert "Bob" Higgins.  She is survived by three sons Ronald Lee Williams of Mingo Jct., Rodney Lemley of Mingo Jct., and Ryan Douglas Lemley of Toronto, seven grandchildren, and seven siblings Betty Jo (Burke) Powell of Steubenville, Cathy Morris of Steubenville, John (Penny) Williams of Carksburgh, WV, Susan (Bill) Higgins of Mingo Jct., Juanita (Floyd) Ferrell of Rayland, Emma Lee Williams of Steubenville, and Timothy Williams of Steubenville.   Friends are invited to pay respect to Julie on Sunday May 3, 2020 at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., from 2- 4 pm and Drive thru visitation from 5- 7pm.
