Kelsie Dawn Snooks

Kelsie Dawn Snooks, 25, of Steubneville, OH passed away on June 19, 2019.  She was born on April 29, 1994 to her  mother Sheila Coaly.  She was preceded in death by her father Harold Iver Snooks and one brother Brandon Snooks.  She is survived by her Fiance Wilbin Santiago of Steubenville,  children Aaliyah Snooks, Ariabella Santiago, Ariella Santiago, Miqel and Javior Santiago, one brother Payton Snooks of Wellsville, one sister Amber Perry of Road Island. Kelsie will not have any services at this time and donations are being asked for to help with the cost. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
