Lawrence Dale Cook

Lawrence Dale Cook, 60, of Brilliant, OH passed away on January 28, 2022 at home with his family by his side.  He was born on November 11, 1961 to the late Lawrence Edward and Betty Braxton (Glendenning) Cook.  He was also preceded in death by a brother John D. Cook.  Lawrence was a cab driver, Tow Truck and worked in the oil rig fields for most of his life.  He leaves behind his beloved wife of 15.5 years Deborah Ann (Channels) Cook, five adult children Joyce (Brian) Owens of Virginia, Debbie (Aaron) Godfrey of Wellsburg, Jim (Jenny) Steward of Pine Grove, WV, Jesse (April) Steward of Paden City, and Jared Daugherty of New Martinsville, 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild, one sister Debra (Robert) Freeland of New Martinsville.  There will be no services at this time but a memorial service is being planned for summer.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
