Leonard John Toups Jr., 63, of Steubenville, OH passed away on April 6, 2023 at Trinity West. He was born on August 27, 1959 to the late Leonard John Sr. and Mary Ruth (Knapp) Toups. He is survived by three children Leonard John (Gisela) Toups III, Candance Dawn Toups both of Houston, TX, and Ashley Marie (LaRock) Dean of Steubenville. Leonard loved his family and was in the coastguard. He will have no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
