Lonnie James Rose

Lonnie James Rose, 70, of Brilliant, OH passed away on June 12, 2019 at Lancia Villa Vista in Steubenville.  He was born on March 7, 1949 to the late James Mathias and Betty Jean (Rogers) Rose.  He was preceded in death by his wife Doreen May (Bednarek) Rose, and brother-in-law Gene Hickman.  He is survived by his children Jennifer "Jenn" Rose of Mingo Jct., Melissa (John) Coulter of Indiana,Patricia "Patty" Rose of Steubenville, and son Christopher "C.J." Rose of Brilliant, five grand children Amber, Jacob, Brandon, Isaac, and Adessa, one sister Nancy (Hickman) Rose of Wintersville. Lonnie was a Mechanic for Biggio Ford and served in the Army, and a member of the Brilliant American Legion post 573. In lieu of flowers donations to Valley Hospice 10686 OH-150, Rayland, OH 43943 . Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
