Marian Jean (Penman) Moore

Marian Jean Moore, 84, of Steubenville, OH passed away on July 24, 2022 at Trinity West. She was born on November 13, 1937 to the late Claude and Jean (Chappel) Penman. She is  also preceded in death by one brother Tom Penman, She is retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company, and was a graduate from Steubenville High School Class of 1955.  She is survived by her husband Norman Kenneth Moore Jr.,  one son Norman Kent (Debra) Moore of Martins Ferry, OH, sister- in-law Barbara Penman of Wintersville, niece and nephew.
