Marion "Butch" Smith

Marion "Butch" Smith, 78, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on November 15, 2020 at Trinity West.  He was born on January 25, 1942 to the late Luther and Madeline (Feist) Smith, he is also preceded in death by one brother William C. Smith, five sisters Mary Grimes, Bertha Green, Beverly Smith, Regina Staymate, and Lydia Marshall. Butch served his country in the the Marie Corps, and worked for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel as the Head Linemen.  Butch is survived by his four children Douglas E. Smith of Mingo Jct., Sherri (Anthony) D'Ulisse of Follansbee, Denise Smith of Wintersville, Gregory Smith of Mingo Jct., four grandchildren Kara L. Smith of Mingo Jct., Dillon (Christina) Smith of Adena, Krista and Domenic D'Ulisse both of Follansbee, two grandchildren two great grand sons and many Nieces and Nephews, three sisters Margaret Sikon of Missouri, Carolyn Heartman of Brilliant, and Donna Stout of Florida.  Friends will be received Friday November 20 at the Schuetz Funeral home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH from 4 to 8 pm and again on Saturday from 10 am until time of service at 11 am with Rev. Diana Bell officiating.  Burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
