Mildred Elizabeth (Monigold) Monroe

Mildred Elizabeth (Monigold) Monroe, 85, of Steubenville, OH died July 18, 2015 at home surrounded by family.  She was born May 13, 1930 to the late William and Celestia (Andrews) Monigold.  She was preceded in death by a son Joseph Monroe, and grandson Levi Felton.  Surviving are two sons James (Debbie) Monroe, and WIlliam (Brenda) Monroe.  Four daughters Ruth Felton, Karen (Charles) Burger, Elizabeth (Frank) Bonar, and Wanitta Devore.  16 grand children, 34 great grand children and 4 great great grand children.  Friends and family may call at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave July 23, 2015, from 9 am until the time of service at 12 pm with Pastor Jay Loucks officiating.  Burial will follow at Center Chapel Union Cemetery.  To leave a condolence visit www.schuetzfuneralhome.com
