Norma Jean' Jeannie" (Sites) Van Horn

Norma Jean "Jeannie" Van Horn, 55, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on March 4, 2024 at UPMC Presby.  She was born on February 4, 1969 to the late Rodger and Nellie (Wright) Sites.  She is also preceded in death by one son Hank Dillon McCain, one brother David Sites.  She is survived by her significant other of 27 years John McCain Jr., one daughter Amanda (Jared) Stewart of Toronto, OH, three grandchildren, two sisters Madeline Fern Skinner of Montpelier, Indian, and Juney Youngblood of Wintersville. A Celebration of Life service will be celebrated in the up coming weeks.
