Patricia Ann (Welch) Eubanks 80, of Bridgeport, OH died September 6, 2016 at EORH. She was born on March 24, 1936 to the late Ralph and Margaret (Cotton) Welch. She leaves behind 5 children, Patsy Visnic of Bridgeport, Sabrina (Kevin) Kurucz of St.Clairsville, Roberta Visnic of Bridgeport, Julia Clifton of Wheeling, and Christopher Clifton of Arkansas, Six grand children and seven great grand children. A celebration of Patricia's life is planed for a future date. Schuetz Funeral Home in Mingo Junction, is assisting the family.
