Penelope Irene (Wyant) Rand

Penelope "Penny" Irene Rand, 65, of Toronto, Ohio lost her battle with cancer and joined our Lord on Friday, June 29, 2018 surrounded by her family.  She was an Advanced Cosmetologist Licensed in the state of Ohio.  A beautician at Cassie's Unisex in Toronto for many years.  Daughter of the late June A.E. Springer and Robert Wyant.  Surviving her are two sisters Carolee (Jim) Fone and Sue Warren and one brother John (Karen) Cooper.  Three children, David Collins II, Holly Gear, Christopher (Beth) Rand, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  She will be sadly missed by her family and all of her friends and customers at the salon.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
