Ralph Tolonese

Ralph Tolonese, 78, of Rayland, OH, died Saturday, August 5th in Peterson Hospital.  He was born August 2, 1939 in Yorkville, OH , a son of the late Ralph and Lucy (Zirille) Tolonese.  Ralph worked at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and ACS Pittsburgh.  He was an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam, and was a  member of the VFW post #8848.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Alexandria Klika.  Ralph is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carolyn (Harper) and daughters, Suzanne of Rayland, OH and Jackie of Sunbury, OH; grand daughter Brianna of Kent, OH and grandson Nathan of Rayland, OH; and great-granddaughter, Jayde of Kent, OH; brother Lou of Martins Ferry and sister Carmen of Tiltonsville; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Elm Grove Christian Church 54 Parker St, on Sunday August 13, 2017 at 1 pm with Pastor Henry Lewis officiating. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
