Richard Allen Ball Sr.

Richard Allen Ball Sr., 69, of Mingo Junction, OH died November 17, 2016 at the Laurels of Steubenville. He was born on November 10, 1947 to the late Everett David Ball and Agnes (McNeil) Vujanovich.

Richard worked for Scott Lumber for 31 years and then for Riesbeck's Food.  He was preceded in death by five brothers PFC Charles H. Ball, Bob Vujanovich, Everett Ball, George Ball, and Peter Vujanovich.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Marjorie "Bunnie" (Piddock) Ball, five children Richard (Andrea) Ball JR. of Columbus, Lisa Castner of Charlet north Carolina, Shelley Ball of Columbus, Rhena Ball of Adena, and Charles Ball of Mingo Jct, two stepsons Benjamin (Carlena) Donaldson of Weirton and James (Karen) Donaldson JR. of Wintersville, two grandchildren that he raised Athena Donaldson of Wintersville, and Damein Ball of Cadiz, nine other grandchildren, and one brother Joseph Vujanovich.

Friends will be received at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Junction, OH on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 2- 4 pm and 6-8 pm. In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Schuetz Funeral Home.
