Richard Lee Quinn

Richard Lee Quinn, 68, of Steubenville, OH, passed away on February 9, 2019 at Valley Hospice Steubenville. He was born on December 20, 1950 to the late Dennis Joseph and Bernice Marie (Bable) Quinn Sr.  He is survived by his wife Margaret Ellen (Miller) Quinn, four children Bonnie (Dion Harton) Quinn of Steubenville, Christopher (Rachel Nicola) Quinn of Steubenville, Michelle (David) Nester,of Metz,WV and Shaun Bowers of Steubenville, nine grandchildren Trey and Dionte Harton, Brooklynn Harton, Jasmine, Caden, Kaitlyn and Aleah Bowers, Justin Quinn, and Zachary Nester, five great grandchildren, brothers Dennis (Connie) Quinn of Mingo Jct, Larry (Ann) Quinn of Mingo Jct., one sister Beverly (Tom) Presley of Steubenville. Richard served his country in the Army, and was a truck driver for many years. Paul bears will be Christopher Quinn, Dion, Trey and Dionte Harton, Denny and Larry Quinn.

Visitation will be on Friday February 15, 2019 at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH  from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm with Pastor Connie Quinn officiating.  Full Military Honors will follow.
