Richard Joseph Ward 65, of Weirton, WV died March 19, 2017 at Allegeny General, PA. He was born on December 31, 1951 to the late Albert F. and Anna Ward. He is survived by his wife Kim Arlene (Moore) Ward, two children Jameson Ward of North Canton, OH and Amanda (Jerof) Fann of Tippicone, three grand chidlren Sophia Ward Mason and Winston Fann. Schuetz Funeral Home in Mingo Junction is assisting the family.
