Robert "Bob" J. Hammond, 64, of Steubenville, OH passed away on August 25, 2019 at home. He was born on October 6, 1954 to the late Robert Earl Hammond. Bob was an amazing father and grand father who repaired homes for a living. He is survived by his two daughters Danyel Victor of Sharon, PA, Nikki and Scott Hunter of Steubenville, four grandchildren Mercedes Victor-Revay, Troy Russell, Tanya Ovalle and Kaetlinn Ovalle, one sister Joann Hammond.
