Robert David Higgins

Robert David "Bobby" Higgins, 54, of Mingo Junction, OH died Friday November 6, 2015 at Trinity West. Bobby was born December 30, 1960 to James and Evelyn (Morris) Higgins.  He was preceded in death by an adopted daughter Dawn Marie Ensell, Surviving him is a Fiancee Julie Williams and his family, two grandchildren Morgan Ensell and Makayle Higgins of Brilliant, a brother William Higgins, a sister-in-law Susan Higgins, nephew William (Crystal) Higgins JR and there four children, nephew Jerry Higgins and many aunts, uncles, and cousin's. Friends will be received Wednesday November 11, 2015  at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Junction, from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm with Rev. Charles Shoe officiating.  Burial to take place in Union Cemetery Steubenville.
