Robert D. "Bobby" Kelly

Robert D. "Bobby" Kelly, 75, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on June 6, 2020 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born on September 10, 1944 in Wheeling, Wv  to the late Donald and Mable (Fetty) Kelly.  He served in Vietnam and worked at Ormet as a front line foreman, he was an avid hunter, won championship in West Virginia for shooting at 1000 yards. Loved by his family and many many friends.  He is survived by his wife of 26 years Anita Louise (Renat) Kelly, daughter Nicole Hails of Bellaire and son Bryan Hails of Wheeling, seven grandchildren Sydney, Logan, Natlee, Rick, Dustyn, Roman, and Angelo.  Bobby will have no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
