Ronald Earl Swiger

It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald Earl Swiger (Ron) announce his passing. He peacefully passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 78. Surrounded by his family.  Ron was a man of ingenuity, creativity and a tinkerer at heart. He was a collector of many things and had a passion for creating ponds stocked with fish and other pond life. He is loved and missed by children, Veronica (Yaz)  Uematsu, Kim Slivka (Tom Horstman), Jeff (Julie) Ryan , Dianna (Jesse) Mitchell and Ron E (Sonja) Swiger II. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and by brothers Bob and Larry Swiger, and his dog "Buddy". 

Ron resided in Toronto Ohio and is preceded in death by parents, Roy and Rae Swiger and brothers Norman Swiger, and Donald Swiger.  There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family. In Lieu of flowers please send memorial donations in Ron's name  to Valley Hospice 10686 OH-150, Rayland, OH 43943.
