Tammy Ruth McElwaney 3 months old of Steubenville, OH died March 17, 2015, she was born November 19, 2014 to Eddie Dwayne McElwaney and Denise Marie Ryan. Tammy is survived by two sisters Alissa M. Ryan, and Isabell S. McElwaney, pap pap Edwin L. Morehouse, Mam Mam Shirley A.
