Virginia "Ginger" (Wheaton) Rayner

Virginia "Ginger" Rayner, 70, of Steubenville, OH passed away on November 18, 2019 at Valley Hospice Care Center North.  Ginger was born on February 6, 1949 to the late Virgil and Lois (Starr) Wheaton.  She was preceded in death by her husband John Rayner,  two sisters Betty Ann and Shawn, and one grandson Michael Reinacher.  She is survived by three children William (Shelley) Reinacher of Lakeland, FL, Tonya (Derrek) Tate of Steubenville, and Joseph (Brandi) Reinacher of Weirton, eight grand children Brianna, Britney, Brandi, Mackenzie, Nadiya, Brenna, Brock, Gabriella. Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home, Mingo Jct., on  Friday November 22, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant . Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville.
