Willanna "Billie" Jane Burch, 39, of Toronto, OH was called home on November 13, 2016. She was born on May 27, 1977 to her father Clifford (Rae) McGuire of Tennessee and the late Virginia Burch. Billie is survived by her daughter Kaylee Ann Burch and her father of Toronto, three sisters and two brothers, and her Aunt Marcia (Bob) Dreyer of Wintersville, cousin Matt Martin of Steubenville, special friends and coworkers. Billie was cremated as per her wish's with services set for a later date. In Lieu of flowers donation to the Cancer Society.
