Robert James Powley Sr., 83, of Steubenville, OH passed away on March 10, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 16, 1939 to the late William and Anne (Kerr) Powley. Also his beloved wife Marilyn Mary (Hill) Powley, two children Robert James Powley Jr., and Cheyrl Wilson. He is survived by three children Howard William Powley, Beth Powley, and Daniel Jay (Beth Ann) Powley all of Steubenville, Robert enjoyed his love of bee Keeping and woodworking, retiring from Titanium Metals in Toronto, OH. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
